Our mission is to inspire leadership and innovation through training, coaching and consulting services.  To improve on traditional methods of instruction through the use of new technologies and communication methods and mediums.  To motivate the discouraged and free the minds of the oppressed through  programs that promote leadership and Innovation. To create training programs that help bridge the gap between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and the globe.

Victory Vets, LLC provides training, coaching and consulting services in the areas of Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, and related methodologies and disciplines. 

Our services begin with training.  We will train your staff in the effective use and application of best practices Project Management and Business Analysis.  We assist your staff in gleaning what is best for your organization from world wide best practices, and then train them on implementing these solutions to satisfy your enterprise needs.

We provide training in alignment with Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy, our course development and instruction is among the most comprehensive in the world...where epiphanies are the standard and "Aha" moments reign.  We help your staff become critical thinkers and problem solvers.

Coaching and consulting services are provided to assist your organization in integrating these world-wide best practices with the process methodologies your organization uses, or aspires to use.  Methodologies such as Six Sigma, RAD, Agile, Lean, ITIL, or a hybrid of methodologies that allow your organization to implement the right processes for your unique mission, vision and values.
